Returns and Refunds

You get 30 days from receiving your order to decide, and to start a return if you want one.

Condition we can accept

Returns need to be unused with packaging intact. We are not able to take back items that have been used.

How to return something

1. Get in touch at [email protected] with the order details.
2. We reply with where to send it and a reference to quote.
3. Return the goods packed securely.
4. We check the item in and refund how you paid.

Who pays the return postage

The cost of returning an unwanted item falls to you. Anything faulty or incorrectly sent is returned at our expense, with no restocking fee.

How the refund is made

Refunds return to the original payment method once the goods have been inspected. Statement timing depends on your bank.
