Shipping Policy

This note covers how Kitchen Plus dispatches orders, what carriage is charged and what happens if something goes astray.

What delivery costs

Standard shipping is billed at $5.25. Orders totalling $32 or more ship at no charge.

How quickly orders leave

Dispatch generally happens the working day after the order lands. Transit time on top of that varies by destination.

Where we ship

All shipping is domestic — the United States only, with no international service.

If something goes wrong

Any delivery problem should come to [email protected] rather than to the carrier — we hold the account and can escalate it faster.
