Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before dispatch is free and needs only an email.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

Once shipped, an order can only be returned, not cancelled — the 30-day window applies.

Cancellations we make

Where we are unable to supply, we cancel and refund in full rather than send something substandard.
